We do not allow SSH access to our infrastructure at all. Your website is not hosted on just one server, but on a complex stack that is built on a highly-available server farm. 

Since we provide a managed  WordPress solution, we are the only entity solely responsible for the operation, and day to day maintenance of the Pressidium stack.
