Pressidium

The following backup facilities are provided in all plans.

These types of backups provide an instant archived version of your WordPress site.&nbsp;

Important: The retention policy for Instant backups is 15 days.

To access your Instant backups using the Pressidium Dashboard

Select the Websites menu option from the Dashboard sidebar.

Go to your website's overview by clicking your website name. Tip: You can also use the S keyboard shortcut to display the quick search dialog and navigate to your website, searching by name.

Navigate to the Backups page by clicking the link on the navigation bar.

View your Instant backups as well as additional information for each one (WordPress version, theme &amp; plugin details).

Offsite backups are being stored in a safe off-site facility, in cases of catastrophic failure. Offsite backups contain all your websites and media, including the SQL database.&nbsp;

To view your Offsite backups using the Pressidium Dashboard

You can filter the backup list to display only Offsite backups by using the Show: Full option. Additional backup details (e.g exact time taken, plugins and themes included, WordPress core version) are available by clicking on the backup list item to expand the details view.

3. Navigate to the Backups page by clicking the link on the navigation bar.
4. You can filter the backup list to display only Offsite backups by using the Show: Full option. Additional backup details (e.g exact time taken, plugins and themes included, WordPress core version) are available by clicking on the backup list item to expand the details view.

To restore an offsite backup you can issue an <a href="http://help.pressidium.com/support/open-a-support-request">off-site backup restore request</a>.

Important: The retention policy for offsite backups is 30 days.

Every 24 hours our infrastructure performs automatically one Instant backup and one off-site.
