We pride ourselves in offering industry-leading 24x7x365 WordPress support, for every plan. 

However there are no tier-1 support agents, or scripted replies. Tiered models of support encourage unjustified escalation, and make end-to-end issue resolution less straightforward.

In Pressidium, the same engineers that built the platform and are responsible for its roadmap, are handling your website's issues. 

We work together as a team to solve problems, not to close tickets just to keep the KPI meters happy.  

Τicket response times

On average, our support ticket response times are 5' for Enterprise plans, and 30' for the Standard ones, round the clock.
