Prerequisites

Make sure you:

  • Have access to your domain’s DNS settings (e.g., your DNS host or domain registrar). You will need to update your website’s DNS records as a final step in activating Pressidium EDGE for websites in your account.
  • To ensure a smoother transition, it is recommended to lower the TTL (Time-To-Live) settings for your domains. This allows DNS changes to propagate more quickly. You may restore the TTL to its original value after the upgrade.

Enabling Pressidium EDGE only takes a few minutes.

All you need to do is request a free upgrade directly from your Dashboard.

  1. Visit https://dashboard.pressidium.com/edge-upgrade
  2. Sign in using your credentials
  3. After logging in, you should be redirected to the upgrade page. Alternatively, locate the Upgrade Banner at the top of the page and click Upgrade Now to navigate to the upgrade page. If you are member in multiple teams you will need to select / login to the desired team first.

Then click Schedule a free upgrade to request an upgrade.

That will open a support ticket, and our team will be right on it with follow-up instructions.
