If you cannot map the subdomain or DNS verification continues to fail after your records have propagated, contact Pressidium Support and include:
- The affected website
- The subdomain you are trying to map
- Your DNS provider
- The DNS records currently configured for the subdomain
- A screenshot of the domain status in the Pressidium Dashboard
- Any error or verification message you receive
Where to go next
- Add the subdomain and update its DNS records to complete the mapping process.
- Review the Domains page to check the subdomain’s connection, HTTPS, and DNS status.
- Check whether your DNS changes have propagated if the new subdomain is not yet resolving correctly.
- Add a domain redirect if you want the subdomain to redirect to another domain instead of serving the website directly.
